Booking & Cancellation Policy — Jess, Wellness Time!

Same price in every town we serve. Discounts don’t stack: the larger one applies. If you need an invoice (CFDI), VAT is added to the total.
How to book
- Choose service, town, day and time in the booking section.
- A 30% deposit confirms your appointment (60 min: $210 · 90 min: $300).
- The balance is paid on the day of the session, by cash, bank transfer or card.
- We confirm via WhatsApp.
Please book at least 24 hours ahead. If you need an earlier appointment and there’s availability, you can book it as an express appointment (+$200).
Client cancellations

The fee is deducted from your deposit and the rest is refunded. The express surcharge ($200) is non-refundable; the fee is calculated only on the massage price.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice; your deposit moves to the new date. Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice count as a cancellation.
If Jessica cancels
You get a 100% refund of anything paid, or priority to choose a new date — your choice.

- When you book the package you pay at least 30% of the total (you may pay more); it becomes your credit balance.
- At each session the proportional part of your balance is applied and you pay the difference that day.
- Example: 4 × 60 min = $2,400. 30% deposit = $720. $180 is applied at each session and you pay $420.
- Cancelling a package session: that session’s share of your balance is forfeited, no exceptions.
- Rescheduling a package session (24 h+ notice): allowed, but that session loses its discount and is charged at the regular price ($700 / $1,000).
- If Jessica cancels or moves a session, it keeps its discount.
- Unused sessions don’t roll over to the next month.
