Privacy Notice — Jess, Wellness Time!

1. Data controller
Jessica Santa Rosa Moreno, operating as Jess, Wellness Time!, with address for notices at Calle Guadalupe 3A, Centro, C.P. 45800, Jocotepec, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data.

2. Personal data we process

Sensitive personal data
To keep your session safe we process health data: pregnancy, recent surgery, fractures or injuries, osteoporosis, high blood pressure or heart conditions, blood thinners, herniated discs, fever or contagious illness, allergies, and areas of the body to avoid.
This data is processed only with your express written consent, given by ticking the corresponding box when you book (unticked by default), as required by Article 8 of the Law. Only Jessica can access it, and it is used solely to decide whether the session is safe for you and how to adapt it.
3. Purposes
Necessary purposes (we cannot provide the service without them):
- Book, confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointments.
- Calculate available times and travel based on your location.
- Provide the massage or chiropractic adjustment safely, taking your health questionnaire into account.
- Verify new clients’ identity for the safety of the therapist, who visits homes alone.
- Collect deposits, balances, penalties or refunds.
- Issue invoices when requested.
- Contact you about your appointment (reminders, changes, delays).
Additional purposes (you may refuse without affecting the service):
- Sending promotions, monthly packages or news.
- Asking for your feedback.
- Publishing your testimonial (only with your express permission each time).
To opt out of additional purposes, email citas@jesswellnesstime.com with the subject “Opt out of additional purposes”, at any time.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or give away your data. We use providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

We only transfer data to authorities when the law requires it (e.g., to the SAT, Mexico’s tax authority, for invoicing).
5. Your ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You may Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the use of your data, and withdraw your consent (including for health data).
How: email citas@jesswellnesstime.com including your name and a way to reply, proof of identity (yours or your representative’s), and the right you wish to exercise and the data involved.
We will respond within 20 business days; if your request is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days.
Withdrawing consent for necessary data may prevent us from continuing to serve you; we will explain this in our reply.
6. Retention
We keep your data while you are a client and for 2 years after your last appointment, except tax data, which is kept as long as the law requires. After that period we delete it.
7. Minors
We serve minors under 18 only with the prior consent and presence throughout the session of a parent or legal guardian, who completes the health questionnaire and authorizes the processing of the minor’s data.
8. Cookies and browsing data
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work (for example, to remember your language). We do not use advertising cookies. When you check availability, your browser connects to Google services to calculate it; no personal data is sent in that request.
9. Changes to this notice
Any changes will be published at jesswellnesstime.com/en/privacy-notice/ with the update date. If a change affects purposes that require your consent, we will ask for it again.
